Delivery and payment

You can pay for products ordered from the mdvital.hu webshop in the following ways:

Payment by card: Card payments are processed through the Stripe system. Supported card types are MasterCard, VISA, American Express.
On the "Cashier" page, select "Credit Card (Stripe)" and enter your credit card details in the drop-down box. The details are as follows. Once you have entered your card details, click "Place Order" to start the transaction.
Stripe will start debiting the cardholder's account for the amount of the transaction. If there is a problem, we will inform you of the details of the problem on the transaction page and give you further instructions on how to change the data. After a successful payment, you will be automatically returned to our card payment completion page where you will receive feedback on the outcome of the transaction. If you click on the "Back" or "Refresh" button on the payment page, or close the browser window before being redirected back to the current page, the payment may or may not be successful. You will be notified by email of the outcome of a successful transaction. Failed transactions will be displayed on the Stripe transaction page.
The security of the credit card payment solution offered by Stripe is based on the separation of data. The ordering system receives the order information from the customer, while Stripe only receives the card details necessary for the payment transaction on the TLS-encrypted payment page. The content of the payment page is not communicated to the ordering system and is only accessible to Stripe. The result of the transaction is transmitted to the ordering system page after payment. For payment by card, the Internet browser must support SSL encryption. The value of the service purchased, i.e. the amount paid, is immediately blocked on your card account.
MD Vital Ltd does not store or retain your credit card details in any way. The data is stored in Stripe.

Payment on delivery you must pay the total amount of the order by cash or card before receiving the parcel. There is an extra charge for cash on delivery, which will be indicated as a separate item before the order is placed and included in the total amount of the order. Cash on delivery charges vary depending on the amount of the order. For some parcel terminals, you can only pay cash on delivery via the link or app provided by the supplier via email.
Delivery:
We use environmentally friendly packaging and predominantly cardboard packaging to avoid waste. Our glass bottles ensure that our additive-free products remain fresh and of high quality. We ensure your order is safe and easy to handle.
Your order will be delivered to the courier service within 1-3 working days of confirmation.
Parcels are delivered by Foxpost, DPD, Packeta or MPL to your door, a parcel machine or a parcel point. You can select your preferred delivery company or delivery method when placing your order on the checkout page. If no delivery company has been specifically selected, we will deliver with the partner through which the Buyer will receive the parcel as soon as possible. When the parcel is delivered to the courier, an email with the tracking number of the parcel will be sent to inform you of its arrival at the parcel point or of its imminent delivery. The delivery service will also send you a notification email with the tracking number and the expected delivery time (this may vary from service provider to service provider).
If you accidentally enter an incorrect delivery address when ordering, the courier service will not be able to deliver your parcel. In this case, please contact the courier service that delivered the parcel and inform us of the problem by e-mail. If the parcel still cannot be delivered, it will be returned to our warehouse after a few working days. As this will incur additional costs for us, we are not able to resend the parcel free of charge.
In case of an unclaimed and returned parcel, you have the following options:
- You will be charged for packaging, handling and delivery. Once this invoice has been settled, we will send you the products you ordered again.
- If you place a completely new order, the products already paid for will be added to the new order and no additional charge will be made.
- The purchase price paid will be refunded, minus 5% handling charges and the costs of packaging, parcel handling and delivery.
In the case of home delivery, if delivery to your doorstep is not possible, you have the option to pick up the parcel at the nearest parcel collection point. You will be notified of this by e-mail. If the parcel is not collected within normally five working days, it will be returned to our warehouse and the rules for uncollected parcels will apply.
