A JutaVit Ascorbic acid powder 100% contains vitamin C. A dose of approximately half a mocha spoonful provides 1,000 mg of vitamin C.
Vitamin C contributes to the normal functioning of the immune and nervous systems, helps reduce tiredness and fatigue, protects cells against oxidative stress, and supports normal collagen formation.

Dosage
About half a mocha spoonful of powder (approx. 1000 mg) per day, dissolved in water, a soft drink or lukewarm tea.
