A GAL B-complex A dietary supplement containing vitamins B1, B2, B5, B6, B7, B9 and B12. One capsule provides the B vitamins found in the daily dose of GAL Multivitamin, in the same forms and quantities.

• Vitamin B2: 20 mg
• Vitamin B5: 100 mg
• Vitamin B6: 12 mg
• Biotin: 900 µg
• Folate: 300 µg
• Vitamin B12: 100 µg

Ingredients

Calcium D-pantothenate, acacia fibre, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, thiamine hydrochloride, pyridoxal-5-phosphate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, D-biotin, calcium salt of methyl-L-folate, methylcobalamin; cellulose (HPMC vegan capsule).

Dosage

Take 1 capsule a day with a meal.
