A JutaVit B-complex is a dietary supplement containing seven types of B vitamins. Vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12, as well as folic acid, help reduce tiredness and fatigue. Vitamins B1, B2, B3 and B12, as well as biotin, contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Active ingredients

One soft capsule contains niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamins B1, B2, B6 and B12, and folic acid.

Dosage

Take 1–4 soft capsules a day, swallowed whole with a drink.
