Cancellation and Refunds
Valid from 15 August 2026.
If you are making a purchase as a consumer in the MD Vital online shop, within You may cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. You may exercise your right of withdrawal at any time between placing your order and taking delivery of the product.
A consumer is defined as a natural person acting outside the scope of their profession, self-employment or business activities. The right of withdrawal without giving reasons to which consumers are entitled therefore does not apply to purchases made by a business or other organisation.
Once you have submitted your online notice of withdrawal, we will send a confirmation to the email address you provided without delay. The confirmation will include the content of the notice you have submitted, as well as the date and time of submission.
Calculating the 14-day withdrawal period
The withdrawal period:
- in the case of an order for a single product, from the day following receipt of the product;
- where several products in a single order are delivered on different dates, from the day following receipt of the last product delivered;
- in the case of a product consisting of several items or pieces, from the day following receipt of the last item or piece delivered;
- in the case of goods delivered regularly within a specified period, from the day following receipt of the first consignment
must be taken into account. The date of receipt is not included in the 14-day period.
Submitting a notice of withdrawal
You may notify us of your intention to withdraw in one of the following ways:
- from Withdrawal from the contract by using the online function;
- by email to the info@mdvital.hu by sending a clear statement to that address;
- by post to the MD Vital Kft., H-6600 Szentes, 16/1 Tóth József Street. by means of a statement sent to that address.
You may use the model declaration form provided in the annex to the General Terms and Conditions to withdraw from the contract, but this is not compulsory. Any clear statement is sufficient, provided it clearly indicates your intention to withdraw and specifies the order in question.
In the statement, you should include your name, your order number, the product or products to which the cancellation relates, and the email address to which you would like the confirmation sent.
You will have exercised your right of withdrawal within the time limit if you send the notice before the 14-day period expires. The burden of proof that you have notified us of your withdrawal within the time limit lies with you, so we recommend that you keep the email or postal receipt confirming dispatch.
Returning the product
Following notification of withdrawal, the product must be returned without undue delay, but no later than within 14 days You must return it to us or hand it over to us. The deadline is deemed to have been met if you post the product before the 14-day period expires.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we have expressly agreed in advance to cover this cost. We are unable to accept parcels sent on account of MD Vital Kft. or sent cash on delivery.
Please return the product, together with all its accessories where possible, securely packaged and clearly labelled for identification purposes. Please include your order number inside the parcel or on the outside so that we can identify the returned product quickly.
The absence of the original packaging does not in itself preclude the exercise of the right of withdrawal. However, you are liable for any loss in value resulting from use, handling or damage going beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
Refund of the purchase price
In the event of a valid withdrawal, without undue delay, but no later than within 14 days We will refund the amount due in respect of the purchase affected by the cancellation.
In the event of a full cancellation, the refund will include the amount paid for the products and the cost of the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us. If you have chosen a more expensive delivery method, we are not obliged to refund the resulting additional cost.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or until you have provided proof beyond doubt that you have returned it. We will take the earlier of the two dates into account. This right to withhold the refund does not apply if we have agreed to arrange the return of the product ourselves.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method as that used for the original purchase, unless you expressly agree to a different method of refund. We do not charge any additional fees for refunds.
Depreciation
You may examine the product to the same extent as you would in a shop. You are liable for any loss in value resulting from use that goes beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
Depreciation may result, in particular, from the use, consumption, soiling or damage of the product, from its return in an incomplete state, or from its disassembly or handling beyond what is necessary for inspection. Any loss in value will always be assessed on the basis of the condition of the product in question and the circumstances of the case.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right to withdraw without giving a reason may not be exercised, in particular:
- in the case of a product that is not prefabricated, but has been manufactured at your request, in accordance with your instructions, or specifically tailored to your requirements;
- in the case of perishable products or those that retain their quality for only a short period;
- a product in sealed packaging which, for health or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned once the packaging or security seal has been broken.
In the case of dietary supplements, foodstuffs or personal care products, the right of withdrawal applies only if the product in question is unopened, undamaged and suitable for return.
Damaged, faulty or incorrectly dispatched product
If the product arrived damaged, is faulty, or you have received the wrong item, please write to info@mdvital.hu Send an email to this address and include your order number. To speed up the process, please attach a photograph of the product, as well as the outer and inner packaging, if possible.
