Apple Fibre – dietary fibre from apples, with natural pectin
Apple fibre powder is a finely ground food product made from the fibre-rich parts of apples. Per 100 grams, it contains 66.4 g of dietary fibre, of which 25.1 g is pectin. When mixed with food and drink, it is a simple way to increase the fibre content of your daily diet.
Thanks to its mild, subtle flavour, it can be used in yoghurt, muesli, porridge and smoothies. It can also be used in baking, as well as to thicken sauces, soups and fillings.
